Apartments and studios at Appart'City Confort Montpellier Ovalie II have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, WiFi and wired Internet access, a sofa, a desk and a safety deposit box. The bathrooms have a bath or shower, free toiletries and a toilet.
There is a kitchenette that comes with a microwave, a stovetop and a refrigerator. A supermarket is just 250 metres from the property.

友達（2409）去年稅後盈餘為323.6億元，每股盈餘3.36元，是10年來高點。由於友達近兩年配息率也高達60～70％，讓市場寄予厚望，先前外資預期友達配息可能達1.5～2元，等於現金殖利率10％以上。友達董事長彭?浪表示，今年股利發放尚未定案，盈餘分派一定會權衡回饋長期股東，以及公司發展所需資金後，擬定出最好的股利政策。
